Bed linen is included for full week bookings in
bands A, B and C unless otherwise arranged.
Weekly bookings commence on a Saturday.
Tenancies commence at 3.00pm on the day of
arrival, and terminate at 10.00am on the day of
departure.

A minimum 30% deposit is required at the time of
booking, with the balance due six weeks before
your holiday commences. All holidays booked less
than six weeks from commencement must be paid
for in full at the time of booking.
